Benefits of our screens
Glare reduction and blocking harmful rays from the sun are just two of the incredible benefits that our screens bring wherever you put them up. Not only do they provide privacy, your view from inside to outside will not be compromised. Adding class and style to the outside of your building, the Zip Shade 150 can be used to protect an area from wind or as a screen for bugs such as mosquitoes on a structure.
To match both the cassette and side rails, the bottom rail is powder coated and made of extruded aluminum. To prevent rattling, the rail has been filled a weight made of galvanized steel with PE foam on it. The perfect connection with the sill is ensured by the sealing strip at the bottom of the screen.
The formation of a horizontal line on the fabric is reduced by the round tube’s unique shape.
When installed, the cassette box easily slides into the side rails. The extruded aluminum profiles, powder coated, come in driftwood, black, or white.
Pre-drilled to help make the installation easier, the side rails are built to have no screws shown on the front. To ensure operation runs smoothly, the rails are equipped with an inner zipper track, which is made of HPVC with neoprene buffers. The aluminum profiles, just like the bottom rail and cassette box, are extruded and powder coated.
